Welcoming Daniel to Our UK Leadership Team

We’re pleased to welcome Daniel to The Marketing Room UK as Business Director, supporting our continued growth across the South-East region.

Daniel joins with over 25 years’ experience as a commercially driven marketing and business leader, having delivered measurable growth across education, luxury, healthcare, hospitality and professional services. His career spans the UK, US, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia, bringing a truly global perspective to his work with clients.

With a background as a founder and former CEO of his own marketing consultancy, Daniel has also held senior CMO and executive director roles across both international institutions and founder-led organisations. He is known for combining strategic clarity with a strong commercial lens, ensuring marketing delivers tangible business outcomes.

“Businesses need access to experienced marketing leadership, but in a way that is flexible and aligned to their stage of growth. The ability to deliver that while building something meaningful in the region is incredibly exciting.”

Daniel brings deep expertise in brand transformation, CRM-led growth and building high-performing teams, with a track record of delivering impactful results. His experience includes leading a rebrand that lifted the University of Kent from 43rd to 20th nationally, doubling enrolment at British International School Phuket during a challenging period, and contributing to a $10M capital raise for a US energy sector client.

In his role at The Marketing Room UK, Daniel will lead the development of the South-East region — focusing on building strong client relationships, establishing referral networks, and developing a high-performing team to support long-term growth.
